Terms and Conditions:
Clients must add the designated chauffeur to their insurance policy and sign a waiver for proof of insurance.
Clients must not poach chauffeurs for employment without contacting Velocities as this must be charged, and the client will sign a waiver in case of chauffeurs accepting unauthorized employment. Velocities charge an agency fee of 20% for permanent chauffeurs’ yearly salary if taken on by clients.
Velocities does not supply any vehicles, only drivers.
Prices include a non-refundable £25 booking fee.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time to avoid being charged the full package price.
Velocities reserves the right to decline service requests.
Velocities is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or accidents that may occur during the booking.
Clients are responsible for filling the vehicle with fuel before the chauffeur arrives for the booking.
All packages are priced for up to 3 passengers, additional passengers may incur additional fees.
