Overview: As a Chauffeur at Velocities, you will play a critical role in providing our clients with a seamless and luxurious transportation experience. You will be responsible for driving clients in their personal vehicles, ensuring their comfort, safety, and privacy throughout their journey.
Provide professional chauffeur services using clients’ personal vehicles.
Maintain a deep familiarity with clients’ preferences and routines to enhance their travel experience.
Ensure the vehicle is in pristine condition, conducting regular checks and maintenance.
Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety policies.
Exhibit a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Assist with luggage and any other travel-related needs of the clients.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a professional chauffeur or in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Ability to adapt to clients’ changing needs and preferences.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Your role will involve coordinating travel arrangements, managing events, and providing personalized services that enhance our clients’ lifestyles.
Manage travel coordination and logistics tailored to client preferences, including accommodations, dining, and entertainment.
Develop and execute bespoke event management plans, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
Provide lifestyle management services, including personal shopping, reservation bookings, and bespoke experiences.
Stay informed about local events, attractions, and exclusive opportunities to offer clients unique experiences.
Collaborate closely with chauffeurs to ensure coordinated service for clients.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
Previous experience in a luxury concierge, event management, or luxury service role.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs.
Knowledge of local and international travel destinations, events, and services.
